Work on updating documentation for EOS 2025.02.07

This needs to be finished off on Monday.

• Authentication graph names, now that platform-specific authentication graphs have been replaced with runtime platforms.
• Documentation on how to override the selected runtime platform for authentication graphs.
• Documentation on all the new modern C++ APIs added in the previous release.
• Finish platform setup updates for all the other platforms.
• Update / replace "Including friends from local platforms" as delegate subsystems are no longer required for cross-platform friends.
• Document sending party invites to other players.
• Document missing API version.
• Document new user ID functions. These are in the next release, not the current one.
