Update public example projects (see details)

- Added "Start Session" and "End Session" examples to the blueprint and C++ projects.
- Fixed an issue in the blueprint projects for Unreal Engine 5, where the garbage collector would release the list items too aggressively, preventing any list items from being displayed for some of the examples.
- Fixed USTRUCT warnings for the EOS C++ project.
- Removed the legacy Agones code from the EOS C++ project.
- Removed the legacy Agones documentation (it is superseded by the dedicated server documentation).
